PSL was founded by Andrew Griffiths and a group of colleagues from a range of professional service and training backgrounds in September 1999.
We are a small business consulting, training and coaching firm who work with Public, Private and Third sector organisations throughout the UK to develop winning strategies, improve productivity and performance.
We work with front line staff, managers and Board Directors. Our approach is to provide the care and time required to understand our clients and design solutions which are tailored to their requirements.
As a learning and development organisation our aim is to continuously push our boundaries, innovate and develop products, services and abilities that enable clients to gain competitive advantage and raise staff and process productivity.
