We are seeking to recruit trainers and consultants to be involved in all areas of our work.
Applicants will be required to take on and manage individual contracts and to deliver high quality training services within budget and to meet deadlines. This may involve: liaising with clients, other consultants and consultees; preparing and writing proposals and training plans.
The project-based nature of our work means that there will be a requirement to undertake such travel as is necessary to successfully carry out contracts. This may include overnight stays and, possibly, longer periods of working away from home.
Person specification
You will have
- An appropriate career history.
- The desire and ability to add real value.
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Demonstrable expertise in organisational development – customer service, negotiation, management or sales training.
- The ability to work successfully with challenging people and situations.
- An approach that enables you to communicate effectively at all levels.
- A clean driving licence.
