Designer Contracts have been supplying and fitting house builders with show homes, floor coverings, curtain and furniture packs for 20 years, which extends from first time buyer properties to luxury homes and penthouse apartments.
We have a team of over 165 staff, 12 regional offices/warehouses UK wide each run by a dedicated local team and backed by our own transport fleet. We also have a specialised Design Department as well as an in-house curtain workroom. We have a Central Distribution Centre which allows us to keep huge stocks and our own automated cutting machine. We are focused on giving our total commitment so that our customers also benefit from this.
We have expanded in the past few years, opening a number of new regions and we recognise that the rapid growth of the company has resulted in the need for more training and development. We have found this in PSL and our excellent relationship with them and the superb training they have given our staff and management; all of whom have benefited.
PSL’s and in particular Andrew Griffiths brings with him a vast wealth of experience and a proven track record within his field. His approach to training and development is like a breath of fresh air. It is definitely very different from training we have experienced in the past. It all starts with the planning stage and Andrew listens to our needs guides us through the best way forward. The courses are well planned, constructed to meet our personal business requirements and the development needs of our staff. The courses are extremely interesting, never boring and always with a positive response from all our staff who have found them demanding but enjoyable and even the stalwarts amongst the team admit they have gained enormously. PSL’s customer service is also second to none and nothing is too much trouble for them.
Everyone knows how tough it can be in business, especially with tighter margins and training is usually the first thing to suffer but our investment with PSL is paying dividends and I would have no hesitation in recommending them most highly.
