Better meetings

Author

Rules can be powerful enablers of performance:

The brain needs rules.

Here are some examples that may prove helpful for some of your meetings.

  1. We cannot disagree, we must ask questions (what does that mean, how does that work?)
  2. We must take notes (learn to think in ink)
  3. We must collaborate and not compete
  4. Does it need to be said, does it need to be said now, does it need to be said by me? The introvert and extrovert can benefit from using these questions.
