The feeling of being happy, showing or causing pleasure, enjoyment or satisfaction. Feeling a sense of happiness will help you, especially if you are facing a difficult situation or having to do what you do not want to.
Performance
How well you do a task, piece of work or exercise. Combining gratitude, optimism and happiness will enable you to make better decisions, perform better, be healthier and get more done.
